1 General Terms & Conditions

12hba (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users ("you" or "member") of the 12hba platform.

• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is complete.

3 Age Verification & Minor Policy

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and play on 12hba. Allowing minors to use the platform is strictly against our policy.

• Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.
• 12hba reserves the right to verify the age of any member.
• If minors have access to your device, please enable parental controls.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

12hba supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held for accounts where verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for any unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Transactions suspected of money laundering or fraudulent activity will be placed on hold.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

12hba's bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20–30 times.
• Wagering requirements must be met to convert bonus winnings into your cash balance.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure.
• 12hba reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Both accounts must be verified to qualify for the referral bonus.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12hba platform. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Collusion — influencing game outcomes by coordinating with other players.
• Chargeback fraud — reversing a payment after the fact by filing a false claim.
• Bonus Abuse — exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain excessive bonuses.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

12hba may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Submitting a self-exclusion request on your own initiative.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

12hba does not accept liability under certain specific circumstances. It is important that you are aware of these limitations.

• Games disconnecting mid-session due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with a third party.
• Service interruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic).

9 Responsible Gaming Commitment
